The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet today announced that the Powell County Fiscal Court will receive $31,200 in County Road Aid emergency funds for flood damage repairs on Sand Lick Road (CR 1111).
“The Transportation Cabinet is pleased to approve this request for funding to provide assistance to Powell County to repair and maintain safe connections in the community,” said Transportation Secretary Jim Gray.
KYTC awarded the county the funding for repairs to damage near KY 1639.
The Powell County Fiscal Court is responsible for administering the work.
