City, KY. (Date) – Kentucky State Police, Post 8, Morehead, detectives and the Elliott County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office worked together to be able to obtain and serve an arrest warrant on Brian Flannery, 57 years of age from Tick Ridge Fork Olive Hill KY. Mr. Flannery was arrested in connection with the 2015 ambush style murder of Kelly Glover, 49 years of age from Olive Hill. Brian Flannery is charged with Murder 1st Degree and lodged in the Rowan County Detention Center. Kentucky State Police, Morehead is continuing the investigation and more arrested are expected to follow.
