The March 1st Flood of 2021 will go down in history as one of the worst floods to hit Breathitt, Lee and surrounding counties. Several places in Johnson, Perry, Breathitt and Lee County were hit by torrential rain fall that has lead to historic flooding. Homes, cares and property have been lost throughout the region. Appalachian Citizens Voice has compiled 600 photos from people who have witnessed the devastation. APV will post more pics as they become available.
