West Liberty, KY. (October 31, 2020) – Kentucky State Police, Post 8, Morehead received a call for assistance with a single vehicle collision. Through the investigation, it was determined that Terri Lewis, 37 years of age, of West Liberty, was operating a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix traveling north on KY 203. Ms. Lewis went off the roadway striking a tree. Ms. Lewis was transported to Morgan County Appalacian Regional Healthcare with non-life threatening injuries. Her passenger, Justin Arnett, 29 years of age, of Salyersville, KY was pronounced deceased by Morgan County Coroner Raymond Vancleave. Kentucky State Police was assisted on scene by Morgan County Sheriff’s Department, Morgan Count EMS, Morgan County Coroner’s Office and Morgan County Fire and Rescue. This collision remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police, Post 8, Morehead.
