Sandy Hook, KY. (September 25, 2020) – The Kentucky State Police, Post 8, Morehead was notified a one and a half month old infant was brought into St. Claire Hospital with unknown injuries. Kentucky State Police Detectives responded to the St. Claire Hospital. After further investigation, detectives arrested Osgood Hunt, 20 years of age, of Sandy Hook, KY. Mr. Hunt is charged with Criminal Abuse, 1st Degree- Child 12 or Under, (1 count) and lodged in the Rowan County Detention Center. The juvenile has been transported to the University of Kentucky Children’s Hospital to be treated for injuries. This incident remains under investigation by the Kentucky State Police, Post 8, Morehead.
