Stinnett, Ky. (February 9, 2019) – A Leslie County woman was arrested on drug trafficking charges Saturday evening after Troopers with Kentucky State Police Post 13 executed a search warrant at her residence. Trooper Ethan Lewis obtained the search warrant after receiving information regarding drug trafficking activities at the home of Melissa Hill. Tpr. Lewis located Melissa Hill at her residence on KY Highway 406 in the Stinnett community and effected the search warrant. Troopers Chadd Daniels, Adam Baker and Josh Collett assisted Tpr. Lewis at the scene.
Multiple controlled substances including Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, Xanax and Suboxone were confiscated at the home along with several firearms and approximately $1149. Melissa Hill, age 61 of Stinnett was charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st, 2nd and 3rd Degree and lodged in the Leslie County Detention Center. Tpr.
