Hazard Community and Technical College will hold a fast-track training program for advanced manufacturing, beginning Monday, March 15 at 8 a.m. The credit class will use a combination of in-person and online learning. Classwork will be conducted at the Hazard and Jackson campuses. This program is designed to provide entry level skills for machine operators.
On completion of the program, the students will have completed 17 credit hours and achieved the Machine Tool Operator 1 certificate. All credits will apply to the machine tool and die certificate if students wish to continue training. Cost for the program will be $3,579 and financial assistance may be available.
